Need a box quick for 2 12's

I need a 5 cu. ft. box. for two 12's (2.5 each). It needs to have one 12 inch long 4 inch diameter port per subwoofer....The box needs to be no more than 30" wide and 14" tall.

Who can do this for me and how long would it take?
