Need a Box Plan - F350

Well, I got an early birthday present.

My parents bought me four Kicker CVR 12" DVC 4 ohm.

I need a box plan for a F-350 crew cab (4 door).

I dont want to pull the rear seat, but im thinking about it.

Also, what type of amps will be good to power the 4 12"s?

Should i go ported or sealed?
