Subwoofer enclosures custom built to your specific vehicle, your specific subwoofer, at prefab prices.

Enclosures are upholstered in plush carpeting, fully assembled, sealed and internally braced, professionally. (full list of features can be seen on the link below)

Or, for those wanting to try DIY enclosure building, but lacking either the confidence, tools, or facilities to get started, or ensure quality, I alternatively offer complete DIY flat-packed enclosure kits (No upholstery included with kits).

Or, for DIY veterans, who simply want to avoid the headaches of taking a design from the high-level stage of "__ cu.ft. tuned to __ hz" to an actual assembly plan and corresponding cut-sheet accounting for all displacements, I offer a plan-generating service as well, using my proprietary software.

Free design consulting to all customers.

Don't settle for a prefab enclosure that doesn't flatter your subwoofer.

Don't settle for a prefab enclosure that doesn't fit your vehicle.

Don't settle for outrageous prices charged by shops for custom enclosures.

Prices on that link are for rectangular enclosures only.

Cliffs notes:

Custom enclosures of highest quality, with many performance-oriented features, custom built to your own dimensions, ...at prefab enclosure prices.

Kits available also, as well as custom plans.

Don't settle for less.

i need a ported box for an idmax 10, it will go in a 2003 ram quadcab, i was thinking of replacing the middle front seat withthe box. i'm going to push 800+ watts to it.

let me know if you could build it

1. is the price for a particular ported box at a specific volume the same regardless of tuning frequency?

2. you say all kits include internal bracing - what does that include? If I were to get a kit, I'd still have to buy caulk & silicone or some other sealing product?

Ah - sorry, I haven't been on this forum in a little while! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Part of the reason being a marathon 36 hour customer's high-end install that I had to wrap up without breaks, sleep, or even shower, to complete before a deadline...

But I'm back to the world of the awake again...

Turborob - ported box for IDmax 10" - sounds like it's a go, give me an Email, and we can work to make sure of that.

masterp3864 - Email me too - sounds like a fun one. (I'd Email you now, but I'm seriously headed to bed... 1:30am, ouch. If I don't get anything from you when I check my Email tomorrow, I'll fire you one off myself)

sumone - 1) the prices on the website are regardless of tuning frequency. However, if you try to tell me you want a 0.5 cu.ft. box tuned to 20hz, then we need to talk. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/nono.gif.eca61d170185779e0921b0faa9704973.gif Seriously, the increasing port lengths (and therefore port displacement) can quickly push the enclosure over into the next category. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

2) Enclosures and kits both include internal bracing. I use a strip-bracing technique, generally 2" wide strip runners that extend from wall to wall, breaking up unbraced spans into panels generally braced every 12" or less.

Kits don't include glue, but do include screws, wiring, mounting hardware (two types), etc. Panels are trued well enough that you don't need silicone or any other sealant - but if you want to pick some up and use it, what the heck - overkill is always nice, I sure won't discourage that. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/toast.gif.bc0657bf54b9ee653b6438524461341e.gif

Jmac - hey, I'd probably make a great drug dealer.. I wouldn't be dipping into the inventory, that's for sure. Hell, I don't even drink... save for a sip of champagne at my wedding... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/ladysman.gif.b3d08666a805020911dd758f82cd9ab0.gif

I look forward to hearing from you guys!

I've done an SPL install for three 15W6's behind the seat of a standard suburban with two rows of seats in an absolutely huge enclosure, and there was still tons of room in the hatch. I'm sure even the XL version with the extra seat, there's tons of room back there. That's one beast of a truck - so no need to do anything terribly complicated... unless I'm not picturing where you are wishing to put it?

Email me, and we can attach pictures if you wish. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
