Well my two old style 10" Alpine R's aren't cutting it anymore in a sealed box underneath my rear seats in my extended cab silverado. So, i decided to sacrifice my front center seat since the seat is never used and the console is stuck shut. I have not decided on a driver/amp yet but i would like to go with a single 12 or 15. I want the system to be designed around SPL. so the box is going to be going from the front of my dash to where the back of my seats flush with eachother, so the person sitting in the middle in the back would probably have their feet touching the bottom of the box, so a forward firing sub is probably the best option (towards the nose of my truck) to minimize my sub getting stomped by passengers. hopefully someone out there can give me a hand. even if somebody can tell me roughly how much cubic ft my dimensions are giving me would be a great help.
