Need a box design..got monies

alright i need a box design for 2 18" re sx's. Needs to be around 17-18cubes after sub/port displacement. Needs to be tuned to around 32-33hz. My max dimensions are w-45", L-42", H-24". It can be a lil taller then 24", thats just the height to the top of my seats. Would like it to be close to 45" wide so it will go from wheel tub to wheel tub. subs up, port back. I would like to have it be a lil different then just a regular ol box. so if someone wants to take the challenge on of building me a cool box i'll gladly paypal you some money. just pm or post in here if you wanna give it a shot

idk..be creative..its going in my show/daily escalade so i really dont want a plan square box. I would like to try to kerf it, never done one before though

You can do fiberglass on the side where it is opened and then the rest of the box can be black or whatever color... maybe a raised logo or something.

This is a good idea-- but I think you should get some nice plexi panel with some nicely designed braces, painted real nice with some LEDs. I mean, it's not like 'REVOLUTIONARY!' in originality... but it's definitely not some ugly square box.

Etch in something in the plexi on the front and angle some LEDs so that they radiate off the etchings in a different color [if possible]. Also, a raised logo ontop.

You also have to think where you're putting your amps.

yea the plexi window with something etched in it has come to mind..bout the only thing i can think to do..the box will more then likely be painted to match my truck. I might do the plexi with an RE logo etched in it or something..whats the easiest way to etch plexi?

i hate paying anybody to do stuff like that..i do bodywork for a living so im pretty good with making stencils/taping off designs and what not..nothing i can buy to use to etch it?

How is this? Each chamber is separate, 8 cf each @ 32hz.

My idea is to illuminate the inside of the box with LEDs.

Another option would be to etch the plexiglas with a laser engraver (local sign and engraving shops can do this).

The top is slightly deeper (3/4") to accomodate the plexiglas. If this is a problem, I can modify it to make it 42" all the way around.
