hi there,

I have a sealed .95cf center console box with a 12" sub in a pick up, currently have around 600rms to work with on the sub.

I previously had a diamond audio d3 4ohm getting 400rms and did have good SQ and low SPL

Now looking for higher output I decided to get a PG 12rsd 2ohm, well its getting 600rms and sound good in SPL but lacks alot of SQ.

What would be a better SQL sub for my set up?

Well, I was going to suggest going with a JBL GTi butt they're closer to a 9" mounting depth IIRC.

So are you more emphasized on SPL or SQ? Any way you go it's going to lean more one way than the other

do .7 net ported tuned to 30hz with a 3" port, with a Dayton Reference H.O. 10.

it's exactly what i have and i love it. has amazing SQ and can blend perfectly with my front stage. but it can also have a lot of output even down very low when i want it to. i have it on 400 watts rms.
