Need a 12" L7/amp to push.........

Hy guys, I am lookng for a 12" L7 (or comparable sub, show me what you have, preferably on the shallow side) and an amp to push it.

The amp probably needs to be in the 1000w range as this will have to be in a sealed box. It is going under the rear seat of a 99 chevy ext. cab in a custom made box.

Let me know what you have! Looking to stay under $400 for everything. Thanks
