Need 5.25" Comps, 6x9 rears off 100rmsx4

I just bought a 97 Buick Riviera that im doing a Pioneer D3 with my current substage and will either be adding another memphis pr 100.4 or or getting a stronger 4 channel.

Looking to keep it under 300 for everything and brand name doesnt matter to me as long as its loud and clear, hate really bright/harsh tweets so want something a little more natural sounding this go around.

Would be good to have same brand name speakers from and rear but its not a issue. Any suggestions? Ive done a search and couldnt really pull much up.
