Need 1500rms @ 2.67Ohms:crap:

I accidentally bought 2 12" MTX 8500's and I am picking up a third. The two of them are dual 4, so I will have 3 Dual 4ohm Drivers @ a load of 2.67ohms. I need to find an amp that could put out 1500RMS at this load. I don't have an electrical system that can support a .67ohm load, so I really need 2.67ohms..

Amps I have tossed around in my head:

ZX1500.1 (although, I wouldnt know its approximate wattage @ 2.67ohms, since its obviously not listed)

PG X1200.1 (this is only 1200rms @ 1-3ohms, but would like to have a bit more wattage)

just get something that puts out more power, and just be careful with your gain

so far it looks like the best find I have found is the pg x1200.1 1200rms underrated ~ 1350rms if im lucky @ 3ohms.. Really would like over 1500rms.

i'm selling a clarion dpx11500. benches at ~1650@ 2. Supposed to do the same power at 1 and 2 ohms, IIRC it does a little more @ 1 but loses efficiency. i'd imagine you would get you 1500 @ 2.6 out of it..

Decided to go another route, now need 1500rms @ 1ohm. Saz-1500d would be ideal. Budget $325.00
