Need 1000w rms around $300

I'm probably ordering a new amp when I get paid next friday. I currently am running 2 Memphis M-Class 10's on a Lanzar Vibe 230 bridged. I am looking at a budget of about $300 or less, and I plan on putting probably 2 Memphis M3 12's in a ported enclosure in the next couple of months., so I would like a minimum of 1000 rms. Currently I'm pretty set on ordering a new Sundown SAE-1000d but I'm open to other suggestions, also I am running a stock electrical system on a 99 Toyota Tacoma so nothing to harsh consumption wise.

I appreciate the offers, It'll be at least next friday before I have the money for an amp. Just trying to get opinions on stuff to look into. I refuse to pay $500 for a memphis mclass 1000w at my local shop.

Ohm Load I was looking at either 1 or 2 ohm. I've heard good things about the Kicker zx amps.
