Narrow amps

I need an amp that is less than 9" wide, but can be as long as 22"

What amps should I look for?

Memphis M-class there pretty narrow, atleast my 1100.1 was.

Def. go with an m class. great amps and only like 6 or 7 in wide if i remember right. I had a 500D and absolutely loved it.

If you want stereo and have some money some Zapco or Blade amps are long and skinny.

Or an older US Acoustics 2300F is 8 inches wide by 19.7 inches long and puts out 2x300 watts @ 4ohms, 2x400 watts @ 2ohms (800x1 @ 4ohms).

2200F is same width but 17+ inches long (2x200 watts)

The older US Acoustics were made by Zed Audio, but harder to find.

What about for interior speakers... 2 and 4 chan amps?

any about the same size? I think ivan wants to do the same type of location that I do -- under the rear shelf.

Hey Adrian, didn't know you re here.

Actually no, I am planning to do an install in my friends volvo 765 and he wants to keep the spare, so with the spare in place, under the trunk floor there is space about 9.5/26/2.5 so I was looking for what amps would fit in there. And I need something that will power 2 front speakers about 50-100W at 4 ohm and a sub 250-450W at 2 ohm

And for my install, look at volvospeed tomorrow or wherever it'll be up again. I "should" finish my car today.

all memphis m-class amps are the same width. Made for matching. If you get the older versions, I think you can even get bridging pieces that cover up the space and connections between amps to make it look like one huge amp
