I sold my 18" fully loaded BTL for 350 shipped Im sure you could find a 12 for around that. Just dont expect the amp to be cheap

i say get 2 subs rather than 1, 3000 for 1 sub is alot if you dont know how to treat it well, with 2 you might have a better cushion for error

Two of the current version of magnums should be able to handle that much power. (Not the new, unreleased version I mean). However, for under 350 I don't think you'd be able to swing that. Do you already have a 3000 watt rms amp to push these?
