nakamichi 5.25 component install

Hi,

I just got my hands on a set of nakamichi components. I was wondering where is the best place to place the tweeters. I have a 91 tercel....it's a sedan not a hatchback. I've thought about the door trim area but I want the sound to be directed towards the listener instead of straight across to the other side. Any installation tips would be much appreciated. I've thought about this for hours and I can't find any place that I like. The trim from beside the windshield is another choice.

Kick panels, front pillar, top of the door(close the pillar).

thanks for the advice. really appreciate it. The tweeter is massive!!! It's like 2 inches across! Now you know why i can't seem to find the right spot eh?

Oh yeah, do you know where I can get a really good clean amp to power these? I want the sound to come in clear and loud without the emphasis on "s" and "k". They really hurt my ears.

well for optimum imaging try not to have the tweet more than 6" from the mid bass driver....good luck
