1 used Kinetik HC3800 - Holds a steady 13.7! Have a 2nd new HC3800 on the way and a new HC1200 on the way as well.

You don't need that EQ, they are horrible.

What do you think about the Pioneer AVH-X4700BS? It has a 13 band EQ built in.

Thanks, I will definitely look into that. I was hoping to find something adjustable but this could work too.

1*3.14*4^2= 50.24 square inches for the (1) 8" port

A single 6" port would give you close to the same port area (28.26")

thanks for the info. I have no idea about any of the port space calculations - I just order what I am told to order :x

I was told that the single 8" aeroport will make the dual 12's sound a lot better than 2 4" aeroports.
