My System Overview

Hey all, just wanted to know what you all think of this system (going to happen over the course of the next month) and if there are any weak links in it.

Car: 2007 Chevy Avalanche

HU: Pioneer Avic Z-1

Subs: 2 8" TC-1000's in .45 cubic feet sealed.

Sub Amp: JBL BP1200.1

Comps: Rainbow SLC265

Comp Amp: JBL P80.4

Optima Yellowtop Battery

Big 3 Upgrade

Raamat in the front doors.

Now the only one that really sticks out to me is the JBLP80.4. I heard that amps are amps, and power is power. Just build quality is different. Will the SLC265's really sound *that* much worse if getting 150 watts from this JBL or from a Zapco amp costing me almost twice as much? I havent bought the Rainbows or the P80.4 yet, I wanted to keep it consistent with the sub amp which has pushed two Perfect 10.1Ds for a long time beautifully. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
