My sub stinks....

I have two JLW3V3's powered by a Memphis PR 1.1000 i was listening to the new Slim thug CD, and then my subs started to smell real bad so i checked them out and one seems fine but the other makes a squeaking noise when i push it in, whats the deal?

sounds like the coil is coming unraveled on one of your subs.Time to start thinking about replacing it because if thats the case it won't be kicking much longer and make sure your gain is set correctly otherwise you'll be nuking your other sub very soon

you cooked the voice coils by over heating the subwoofer motor.
