I'd hardly consider their actions as embracing....

They farmed the land...which destorys natural resources.

The used trees to build homes...which destroys natural resouces.

Did they change the landscape of the continent? No, but to say the Indians did not negatively impact nature is false. Their use of resources was not as systematic...but 400 years ago, our use of natural resouces was not as systematic either. Are you arguing that had no European ever come to America that the Indians would not have developed any technology that may cause harm to the enviornment?

They do pay sales tax. And in TN, there is no income tax...so illegals in TN, in effect, do pay for schooling.

I blame all poor equally in the theft of healthcare.

eh...you make it seem like technology is a necessity in this day and age. have you forgotten that there are many cultures in parts of the world that still live without any technology(well advanced technoloy since most consider tools technology)

for example the yanomamo of central brazil.

do you think that just because a culture isnt technologically advanced that makes it an underdeveloped culture???

try not to be so ethnocentric.

and yes that is what im argueing. considering many native americans today still embrace the way there ancestors used to live. Also farming for a small tribe isnt going to impact the enviroment as much as you make it seem.

Technology of today is necessary to support the lifestyle I chose to live.

Technology of today is not necessary for survival. But again, I'd much rather go to my insultaged house than fight a bear over a cave.

And by the traditional definition of the term "underdeveloped", yes those cultures are underdeveloped.

Who hires anyone without identifaction and a Social Security number....you cant (unless it is under the table which 99% of them dont do) They use a stolen ss#, actually stolen isnt correct, they just use a made up one. that money then goes the govt and they never have to pay out Social Security. If they don't want to use a stolen number they can apply for a tax ID which starts out with 900-xx-xxxx if I remember correctly on the 900 part. The tax ID is a SS# starting with a weird number which basically shows that they want to pay taxes yet arent legal.
