hello CA, i was wondering if this setup is a good one in the making

also need some help picking out a few things.

2 AQ HDC315s

4k amp(looking for one)

230-250 Alt

YT under the hood

8 Cubes box made by Terra.

PGRSDs 6.5

250.2 Amp(also looking)

now my question is would a 230-250 alt be good enough? and which company is best to go with?

Would 4k be needed? cause i was going to get the AQ2200. but ppl are saying way more.

Also the total is looking around or above $1k. is there something better out there thats sounds just as loud?

ur sub amp alone is gunna run you at least 1k.. if not less... depending on new or used..

yeah i'm hoping to get a cheaper amp off here that does 3k or better.

but should a AQ2200 do good until i save up for something better?

Might be able to pick up a used or maybe new PA amp that will do decent if price is a problem. Will be the only PA crap I recommed though.

What is your overall budget? 1000?

You probably could go with just a nice 200amp alty and be good. Save you some money as well. Cause at 230-250 you are looking at some cheese, so might want to come down some on that and give you some money for other stuff.

Try and hit up the classified section here. They have a lot of nice used equipment here.

Company for what, Altenator of amp? I have suggest the budget amp in PA. Is going to be hard to find a more budget amp that does decent power. Maybe a directed? I don't know. Like I said, check the classifieds here.

If you ment alty brand, then hit Ohio generators. They have serverd me well. I imagine a good 200amp altenator will run you close to if not over 400 smacks.
