My SAZ-1000D sucks!

I had a SAE1000D for a few days too, my ed nine.1 was better in every aspect except for the size/weight. dont get me wrong it was a nice amp for $195, but I think you can get better for your dollar

is it a mag v3? mines loving my pdx1.1000 im content with this setup and dont see myself changing until i blow the thing:crazy:

Everyone has there own opinion, why can't this guy say his amp sucks? You guys getting pissed that sundown could lose a few sales are pretty funny.
Well, I guess your post proves my point. According to the text of his post, he doesn't really think that Sundown sucks. He just wired his sub to the wrong load.

But due to his "catchy" title, you think his opinion is that his amp does ****.

It has nothing to do with the fact it is Sundown. He could have done the same thing with Alpine or JL and it would have been just as misleading.

It's just a letter representing the series.
SAE, SAX, and SAZ so far.
Hey Jacob, thanks for the fast shipping with this amp.

I'm a big fan of your gear and do my fair share of promotion to real people who ask me about my stereo. And I wear the shirt, too. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

true but one needs to have the chance of learning also. you cant just jump in a river and swim, you have to learn
Thank you, I agree. But what some people don't seem to understand is that some people, like myself, have no interest in learning to build a stereo system. I have no desire to put down my own deadening, strip/crimp cable, or tweak the gain settings on my amps. I have money to pay someone who does this for a living.

That's what I did when I had my supercharger installed, too. Sure a good wrench head can do it, but Id rather pay a professional to do it.

Now, I'll play with my gains to see if I can get some decent results. But I will still take it to the shop for a proper tuning and for the installer to double check my wiring of the amp and sub. Kinda thinking about swapping out my components for the Image Dynamics XS series. Not sure yet.

I didn't expect so much animosity for someone who likes car audio but would prefer to take it to a shop.

^^^^^animosity comes from your thread title , the fact that you are leary to peel back gasket , remove srews, change wires , re-screw is just a bonus ball buster

anyway go pay someone to do it
