ok about the coil smellu have a 4layer 4inch coil thats pretty much open like open like pamela andersons legs......so your going to smell coils big time.....when my se12's start to heat up i smell there coils.(8layer 3inch coils)..and mines in a bandpass...speaking of bandpasses can u make one and see how it does.....i'll pm u with more info

i woudnt think the solox has too much to worry abut as this is not designed to be an SPL sub. but still......going to be lots or deaf fools after this season..

It certainly is more impressive looking than the SoloX.

And the XXX in the past has been a SQL woofer....now...no idea
