When I said stupid dogs, I didn't mean pitbulls specifically, I meant dogs in general. Pump the brakes lol. And the message went way over your head anyway.

Why would you do that? Pitbulls where specifically breed to kill in European countries as war dogs. It is genetic for them to go for the kill. No matter how much training a dog can have genetics will ALWAYS over ride that and they can snap at an instance. Exactly like they do when they eat sleeping babies faces off.

Why would you do that? Pitbulls where specifically breed to kill in European countries as war dogs. It is genetic for them to go for the kill. No matter how much training a dog can have genetics will ALWAYS over ride that and they can snap at an instance. Exactly like they do when they eat sleeping babies faces off.

In a way, that is undeniable because, AFAIK the breed did come about in Europe with the sole intention of fighting.

But, an equal amount of blame can still be put upon the humans involved since they chose to create a beast with such a temperament that it could strike at any moment at anyone.

Kinda makes me wonder about the Labrador's background since they are responsible for just as many if not more dog bites than Pits (with the pits having the edge in fatalities).

I politely disagree. They were bred for dog-to-dog combat originally (not to be aggressive toward humans). The American Temperament Test Society provides testing around the country for dog breeds and provides a passing score for the entire breed, based on the percentage of passed over failed within total number of that particular breed tested. As of March 2001, the American Pit Bull Terrier has a current passing rate of 82.3% which makes him one of the top 5 most stable breed of dog in the country.

So your saying that in 1830 pitbulls were not breed for war in Europe after they banned breeding them to kill cattle? Because that most definitely is true. No matter what spin the ATTS puts on it, history proves what they were breed for. There is no arguing genetics either. Im glad some biased testing put together by a 3rd party has you more convinced than genetic evidence.
