My Porsche System - U Like?

Well, after months of research and bugging installers, I finally selected the gear and the installer for my SQ attempt in an older Porsche 911 (the car is under the knife as I type):

Alpine 9835 active Xover/TA/PEQ --->

Tru Technology 4.100 V2 bi-amping --->

Oz Audio Matrix Elite 180CS 2-way components in stock door locations (tweets high, mids low, 100W ea.)

Tru Technology 2.100 bridged (400W) --->

Alto Mobile Falstaff 8 (~0.5 ft3 sealed passenger footwell enclosure)

SirAlp satellite radio tuner,

Interstate MTP-93 battery (900 CCA),

Doors sealed and deadened,

Extra AI Net and Toslink cables run just in case I decide to move to a H701 in the future...

Aside from not using a H701 (I'll give the 9835 a chance...) and perhaps kick panels, I think this is a pretty balanced system that once well installed and tuned should sound really nice.

I'm in Santa Clarita and yes, I do work at March (good deductive skills, sir) and used to be at Mojave Airport. As for the car, I got it last year (took 20 years to save up for it if you look at it that way) after a friend turned me on to them. Last of the air cooled. The newer Porsches are certainly nice, but to me they lack the "soul" of the earlier models. It sounds/feels/reacts like it was built just for me. Sublime. A lot of Porsche owners, I've found, start off simple with an older 911 or 944 ($10-15K) and eventually "move up". I was fortunate enough to have started a little higher on the ladder.
