My old Pioneer F6050UB can't read my sandisk pen drive

Hello all,

i am using Pioneer F6050UB as my head unit and i have a problem on this particular pen drive. I recently bought 2 Sandisk Cruzer Blade 16GB and i couldn't use one of them on my HU. I haven't format them both but one of them is detected by my HU and another one isn't. the faulty one makes my HU keep looping on "USB" but it is useable on my computers so i think there is a problem with the formatting.

Ive tried to format it to NTFS and FAT32 but it still doesnt work. Does anyone have a solution for this? any help from you are highly appreciated.
