my best friend from high school is somewhat of an alcoholic.
I straight up told him if he dies from drinking and driving, im not going to his funeral.

edit: if he is the drunk one, that is.

I feel the same. I just couldn't wish death on them. They need help with their problem or at least not to be driving around.

yeah, i guess i kind of feel that way in some aspects. A good portion of my dads side of the family has drinking issues, but personally i think they dont need help, but rather they just need to pull their shit together and realize they arent being very intelligent.

Don't come in here speaking about constructive actions. You not only endangered your life and your buddy's life. But every other person's life. One of my good friends in High School got killed by a Drunk Driver. I'm not bitter about it. But, it's just a shame that people think it's a great idea to get wasted and drive home. This isn't about the car, it's about you being an idiot. Obviously you being intoxicated changes the whole thing. If you said that you got in your car, and had to open the inside for a friend, you got home, and realized in the morning your car was rocked, then, yeah. Okay, sucks for you. But, since you decided to drive drunk, I've lost any ounce of respect for you. Thus, a bean is worth more to me than you are. At least a bean isn't dumb enough to drive a 2-3 ton vehicle that travels at 30-60 mph under the influence of alcohol, which messes with your coordination, balance, and clouds your judgment.

I honeslty think that DWI is a horrible thing, and people who get caught DWI should be charged with attempted manslaughter.

Ok so last night went out, had 6~7 beers..Dropped my buddy off made it back AOK.

So in the a.m. i get up hungover not really remember anything after last call..

And the pass side of my car is fvked... and i mean *****, no mirror no side moldings door handles ripped off. A complete mess. Looks like some one hit it doing atleast 30

I call my friend i droped off and was like wtf happed did we get in a wreck???

He says no we made it back fine ect ect... He lives about 1/4 from my house...

I ask him if he saw anything wrong with my car ect..

He says the door wouldnt open b4 we left. So i just opened it from the inside..

(Just assuming the door was stuck or w/e i guess)

I went back to the bar today and found nothing no parts nada.. (I have seen a street sweeper in there before, but would it pick up a car mirror and a 2ft molding?)

(so im thinking maybe i hit some one?)

(Mind this is on the pass side and the damage gets worse and deeper farther down the car, so im assuming some one hit me?)

So i have no idea what happened, my car is fvked, and im not sure what to do..

I called the insurance an said i was hit and run.
