Here is what my setup will be as of next weekend:

99 Honda Accord Sedan, 4cyl, manual

stock alternator (i believe 80A)

stock battery

Alpine CDA-9856 HU w/iPod hookup

two AA Arsenal 12's

3.5 ft^3 @ 32 Hz box

Sound Stream PIC1.1700D amp

4AWG to the amp

Pioneer REV 6.5 coaxial's in the doors

Profile AP400 amp

8AWG to that amp

Here's what I'm thinking of doing next:

1/0 for Big Three and dedicated run to soundstream amp

$100+ plus and afternoon of putting it in

If I did that should i move the 4AWG to the small amp or is 8 enough?

Raammat for the trunk lid and front doors

$150-200

Could I do the install in one afternoon (?)

HO alternator

$200+

Looking at these:

Are either of these decent quality?

I'm leaning toward the 135A because of cost, is it worth it?

Would I be able to install one of these myself? (if not, i'll pretty much rule it out)

New Battery

$100+, which one?

Should I put it in the trunk or replace the stock one?

or lastly, just live with what I have now, it's good enough.

What do you think would be the most worthwhile upgrade? And which one(s) are necessary?

I don't have much free money or time, so that'll end up being another factor in which one (if any) of these things I end up doing.

Right now I'm leaning towards the big three and 1/0 run to amp, because it's relatively cheap, and i'm confident i could do it correctly in an hour or two.
