My new Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi. Just in this morning, I'm loving this thing already. I will post some pics as soon as I get a CF card. I'm trying to get into photography, and I hope to post some gorgeous pics.

I love Canons. I have a power shot S3 IS. Not quite as good as yours but the best point and shoot digi Canon makes. Good cams.

I just ordered mine...I got it without the lens cause the kit lens is crap.

Under 700....

In all seriousness, i envy you. Always wanted one, but when i could afford one i wanted something that i could fit in my pocket, and when i really wanted one, i couldn't afford it. I guess thats kind of how life works though.

Good cameara...bad lens.

If you ever have a chance, borrow (because buying a half-decent one is going to run you $700+) a super wide lens. They are fun. I bought one for shooting BMX photos and vacation photos so I use it...but most people wouldn't really have a true use for it. Still, they are fuuuuuun to tinker with.
