PREVIOUS SYSTEM:

2 XXX 15's, CD 1e horns, adire extrremis mids. arc amps to power mids and horns

Problem with this system:

1. Could not put xxx in proper enclosure( sub par sq and output from xxx 15's)

2. Horns dont keep up with bass... not loud enough, and mute at after volume 25

3. Too much rattle in the back, due only a bit of dynamat in the trunk.

4. mids pop resulting in me putting the mid output to - 6 on the deck.

5. Stock rearfill distorts

6. amp to mids get very hot because it is bridges.

7. Not to0 good of a system in terms of output and sq ( overall)

8. new alt not installed

NEW SYSTEM:

1. 2 set of rainbow germaniums

2. 2 sets of rainbow slc coaxils

3. 2 xxx 12's or 2 Rlp 15's

amps

1. 2 Re 35. 1 from teampsi

2. 2 ea4000's for germaniums

3. 2 orion 3002's for 4 slc coaxils

2 yellows tops and an new alt

If you couldnt get the 15" xxx's to sound good, why would you consider a pair of 12"s?

In some cases, but in most, it seems like the sound is missing if their is no rear fill.(which it is:crap: )
