my new system Need Help plz

I have a 2005 nissan Maxima.

And i want to put a system in the car, but i dont want to spend couple of G's.

Im not going to be in a comp, but i do want a goos system with SQ.

Ive done some research and came up with this setup.

My car has speakers in the front doors, rear doors, and rear dash near the back window) and all stock right now.

H/U: Clarion VRX765VD or Panasonic CQ-VD6503U

Front doors: Rainbow Power Line CMX 265

Rear doors: Rainbow Sound Line SLC 265

rear dash : NO SPEAKERS

Speaker Amp: Arc Audio KAR600.4

Subs: 1 12inch IDMAX

Sub amp: Arc Audio KAR900.1D

what you guys think??

I just have couple of Q:

The amp im using for the speakers, is not underpowered is it??

The amp im using for the sub, is not underpowered is it??

Over all i just want to know if the amp will be good for the setup

This is not a comp syster, but i think it should have very good SQ

Any input will be welcomed

never heard of rainbow audio....must not get out much, but the sub and amp's seem like a good choice, so long as you get the dvc 2 ohm model of the idmax, the sub amp is fine power wise

100 watts rms per door speaker is pretty good, but your layin down alot of cash for a first system? normally people start small, but thats good that you know what to go for, just don't expect the single 12" idmax to be a huge bass machine, it'll bump, but not nearly as much as 2 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

agreed, replacing the 4 door speakers is fine, but the rear deck isn't really worth it.

Hi and welcome to the forum. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I am not familar with either head unit choice, but if you want sq, your head unit should be center focus. I have not personally heard rainbows but have head alot of good things about them. Your sub looks great and your amps looks good too. Depending on your head unit choice, you should be well on your way the sq system. Good luck!

your right, im not going to replace the rear deck speakers. im just going to take the speakers out and leave the cover on it.

I mean i dont want everybody alse to listen what im listening too or show off my system. Its only for my enjoyment only not to bother everybody alse.

then budget for sound deadening, and plenty of it. That stuff's not cheap.
