Whenever I bought mids I'd just sit on it. Headies goes way faster.
I don't even smoke anymore but I'd usually buy a quarter of headies and an ounce of mid. Headies goes in the bubbler/bong/vape and mid exclusively for blunts.

People receiving government aid shouldn't be taking any sort of drugs at all unless they are prescribed by a doctor.
