CSP= 4" coil motor. The one used for this driver is more or less a RE HC motor which is very similar to a 3hp but with a tighter gap. Nice job with the sub. Looks good!

35mm top-plate 53.34mm WW so

53.34 - 35 = 18.34mm/2 = 9.17mm one way linear Bl (I dont groove on industry standards for how much motor force is enough, 100% or none baby lol)

Thats about what I figured... although you are much more generous with the xmag figure...

Wow! This thread exploded when Phil and ciaonzo joined in.

Adapter plate is 0.5".

Top plate is 1.18".

I think it was verified by Dave Moore that this was in fact a CSP of some sort. Either way this motor is very nice.
