well i live in a town with about 1000 people, and 70% are over the age of 65, im thinking after i get out of high school and maybe college or if the engine gives out, im thinking of a b16 or b18 swap...but for small mods not sure yet...that 40mpg is pretty nice right now

Haha my thoughts exactly. As long as you remember that car can be pretty, it can have a loud stereo, it just won't ever be fast. I murder civics,accords, etc. when they pull up to the stop light and rev their fart can at me. They just can't keep up with a motor that sometimes has as much as 3x more displacement than they do.

I know someone with a 700 HP CRX that would make you eat your words at the track. Of course on street tires it is more like ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRT! due to the wheelspin. Then again, I am sure your ride didn't take over $26K in the engine alone to make it faster. 351 swaps are so sweet in S-10s as long as you can figure out a way to keep the rear tires on the ground.
