My new car 95 caprice with 22's on the feet

I was gettin off from my work and my mom saw this caprice with 22's on it. We stoped and asked if they did trades they said yes. He wants 4000 for the caprice.I my mustang is worth 5500 and less milage. So i think he will trade. I think the 22's are daytons. I will get a 15 instead of a 12" if i get the caprice, they got more trunk space. Why would you want to lose money on it? Sell your car and then buy that and pocket some cash.
