My New Amp And Line Driver Install Pics

Finally got my RE 12.1 installed,

and I just got my Planet Audio Line Driver today, so I could finish up my install.

Tell my what ya think of it. (Besides that the jensen sucks.)

Ahh, thats better, 1475 w RMS of clean power.

I have noticed this amp is A LOT more efficent. I dont have near as much of a voltage drop. That's prob a combination of the line driver and the efficency.

Got it off ebay. And IMHO, I think it made a big difference. The line driver cost me $46 dollars shipped, and it definetley serves its purpose, especially because I had only .260v out from my HU. Now I have 5v!

The RE 12.1 cost me $390.

I did get sloppy on the install on the top amps. Maybe one of these days I will clean it up more. But really, on the most part, nobody see's the power. Just when they ask what I got for an amp...

umm are you using speaker wire for power wire??? dude come on go and spend the $10 and get 10 feet of 8 gauge and do it right

I have 8 guage wire, however, I dont have any way of distribution. The 12 guage I have (yes, speaker wire) works fine. And besides, the PA line driver is fused at a HUGE amperage rating of 3 amps.
