Fuk Ebay!!!

Ok so i sold this deck to some "A/V installer" in georgia the he sends me this

crap.\/

Hello, I was installing the unit today and the unit has a bad ground that is causing a noise through the speakers... I own an Auto Shop and I am a audio/video installer by trade. I switched it out with an identical unit I have here in the shop to change wire harnesses to check to see if there was a faulty connection and the unit I have worked perfectly. If it is possible I would like to get my money back. Or if you have other options let me know. I would truly appreciate it. Thanks, ***

here was the listing- http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=9709732168&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3AAAQ%3AUS%3A1&rd=1

I even have a vid with the sound down an theres no noise what b/s.

Well thanks for letting me vent ca : ).

Should have put all sales final in your auction.

Why would he have bought your HU if he had an Identical HU in his possesion?

I think he bought yours, got to lookin around and found a better/cheaper HU.

I would email him the address of Pioneer's repair division and a big ol good luck.

I agree tell him to stop writing you or you will press harrasment charges. Unfortunatley for him he bought it. You have no legal obligation to make a return when selling on ebay. Unless you want an impecable rating which may go down after he scolds you on a reveiw i would leave it be and forget about it

this sounds like BS to me to hell with that guy. or tell him you will be happy to return his money less shipping and only after he returns the same unit you sent him, you check it out and if it still works refund his money if not then send it back to him and F him

not true you are intitled to a 100% perfect piece of equipment unless otherwise stated. Jalverson did the same shit to a friend of mine by sending him a unit that was crap. it hisses and doesnt play DVDs correctly. Now what I would be worried about is how he said he tested the exact same unit which leads me to beleive he bought a crappy one and bought this one to switch them out. I would tell him send it back and if the serials match with what I sent you I will refund you, however if it appears to have been opened your ****ed.

You are not obligated to take it back, because you did not give a return policy. You indicated the the unit was used but in perfect working order when shipped, so it should work perfectly. But, this guy is definately trying to pull a fast one. Tell him to return the unit that you shipped him unaltered, and as long as it has the same serial number and is in the condition it was in when you shipped it you will refund his money. If the unit is damaged upon return you can file a claim with PayPal indicating that the buyer broke it and returned it. My guess is that the guy will not return it because he wanted to pull a swap.
