Well I was able to sell my BOSS amps and subwoofers and I'm going to start from scratch. Keep in mind that I just want something for upgrade to pass away from factory setup, I'm not looking for competition setup, which of this brands is better in quality and durability.

Amplifiers - 5 Channel because of space one for sub and speakers:

1) Cadence FXA5000.5 2000 Watt 5-Channel Class A/B Amplifier

(RMS Power Output @ 4 Ohms: 100 Watts x 4 Channels + 400 Watts x 1 Channel)

(RMS Power Output @ 2 Ohms: 200 Watts x 4 Channels + 750 Watts x 1 Channel)

2) Planet Audio AC1800.5 1800W Max

RMS Power Rating:

(210 watts x 4 channels + 420 watts x 1 channel)

(420 watts x 2 channels + 420 watts x 1 channel)

Subwoofers - I was looking at this because my space in trunk of my SUV is limited and this fit perfect because shape of enclosure:

1) Rockford Fosgate Prime R1L-2X12 Dual 12" Dual Subwoofers Loaded In a Sealed Enclosure

(600 Watts Peak/300 Watts RMS)

2) Rockford Fosgate R2S-1X12 Single 12" Shallow Mounted Loaded Subwoofer In A Sealed MDF Enclosure

(500 Watts Peak/250 Watts RMS 2-Ohm)

Equalizers:

1) Planet Audio PEQ15 5-band equalizer with sub control

2) NVX XEQ7 7-Band Graphic Stereo Equalizer (1/2 DIN) with Dual Aux Input and Sub Control

Speakers:

1) Polk Dxi571 (60w RMS/each)

2) Kenwood KFC-C6894PS 960 Watt 3-Way 4-Ohm Coaxial Speakers 6x8 (80w RMS/each)

3) Cadence CS3.57 5x7" 600W 3-way speakers (75w RMS/each)

4) Rockford Fosgate P1683 6" x 8" Punch Series 3-way Full Range Speakers (65w RMS/each)

5) Rockford Fosgate T1682 6X8" Power Series 2 Way Full Range Speakers (80w RMS/each)

Amplifiers cables?

1) Where I can find good and cheap 4 Gauge amplifier cable kit?

Trash all of that and start from scratch.. I know you just want some entry level stuff, but most of that isn't too good at all even for entry level stuff.

PPI amps are good budget amps. You could either do the 5 channel amp, or get rid of your rear speakers and run a 4 channel amp with the 2 rear channels bridged to a subwoofer. This would give you more money to spend on nicer front stage speakers and subs and probably end up sounding better. In my setup the bass completely drowns out any rear speakers, so they're nearly pointless.

I would go with a sealed under the seat box. Perserves your space, and I'm sure you can get the sound you want.... Good luck.

This sums up my experience buying used. People who take care of their stuff don't need/want to replace it. Chicken vs egg, really.
