I'm most likely now going to run an HDC318. I have about 2000w. Would it be worth it to run 2 of them off of 1000w each, or just go with 1 on about 2000w? I've never ran a HDC3 on 1000w, and didn't know if it would be worth it or not. Sorry for all these threads, just trying to do this right.

i am currently running a single hdc312 at 1200. sounds good and all but it just eats all that power. id go with 2000 to a single sub. but thats just me.

I'm sure if you had the proper space, 2 18s on 1000 each would be louder than 1 18" on 2000 watts because of cone area.

In my personal experience, I had my 15" on 1200 watts, then went with 2000, got a lot louder to ear and it took it like a champ.
