my home made speaker mount fabrication. Look ok?

I did it for one door and thinking it worked out ok. I have never done this before so looking for feedback but be nice! I have no idea what I'm doing but hey I did figure out how to run the speaker wire clean through the rubber grommet in the door!

I cut out some Polypropylene and covered the existing hole with it then attached the mount that came with the speakers using some thick rubber washers.
