Here is a pic of my old pit..he was a great dog...just way to much energy.. i rescued him as a pup from a bad situation and ended up giving him to my brother when he was about 2 years old..

Nice dog Blados and Faulkton. Kinda funny, was at the vets getting some pain meds for my German Shephard and I seen the biggest Great Dane ever. I swear to you it was 4'5 or so on all 4's and I was talking to the lady that owned it and said it weighs almost 250 pounds.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif Looked like it was all muscle too. His tounge was huge as well. Looked like a small horse. He is about 170-175 right now.. over weight lol..and about 35-35" at the withers (front shoulders)..

Where did you get your dane blados? Mine came from a breeder in Iowa and is from the willow run blood line.

We got him from a breeder, well, sort of. Here's the story. The owner of my dog's mother was a breeder. Her dog had 6 puppies. About 2 weeks later the mother dog was shot and unable to take care of her puppies. The woman gave the puppies to a friend, whose german shepherd just had puppies. We went to pick him up and he was being raised by a german shepherd. He was a little runt when we got him, but we got a hell of a deal. But he is akc registered and very healthy. nice..and good blues are friggen expensive.. i paid almost $1600 for mine including what it cost to ship him.

Your dog needs a diet... and some exercise. My boy is coming home from the hospital now. He just got fixed and had a gastropexy (sp?). He's on a pain patch now, so he'll be high for a few days.
