I got hit yesterday on my way back from my friends house. I was pulling out of an alley and I didn't see this truck when I looked, maybe they sped around the corner I really don't know. There was a big bush and shit but I was pretty sure nothing was coming. Anyways I get part way out and see a big ****in truck comin at me so I floor it and swerve and my passenger side quarter panel got hit. I parked instantly in the alley and jumped out to see if the lady was alright. I didnt even take time to look at my car. She was crying and upset since it wasnt her truck. There was about a 2 inch mark of red paint and rubber from my car on the chrome bumper which I managed to scrub off with my shirt.

Since the truck was her dad's and the accident probably would have been deemed my fault we decided to not involve the police or insurance since there was no damage at all to the truck (the bumper wasnt even scratched). So now I got a pretty large dent on my car I just got a week ago....but it could have been a lot worse. There was no injury to anyone and no need to raise my insurance etc.

Anyways, the point I'm making is most peoples first reaction is to make sure everyone is alright.

umm.. If I were the parents too I would be more concerned about the insurance as well.. I guess none of you pay for your own, but I'm guessing it's about $2k/year already for her. Add in a wrongful accident and they could now be looking at $3k plus.

If she ran a stop sign I'm assuming it's a 4 way stop so they hit at a max of 20 mph.

Tell her to walk it off and stop driving like a fuking woman!

I was driving home at 2 am last night and I was turning right, another car next to me going straight (both of us going north) and another car going west...the guy going west failed to stop at alllll and the guy next to me had to slam on his breaks and he was like 2 feet from hittin the fccker.

I was ahead of the guy next to me so if I would not have turned there I would have gotten my car totaled cause he was probably going like 40 in a 25. Dumb shtt.

The person going west didn't even know it happened. I'm gonna be way more cautious late at night before I just go through an intersection even if it is green...
