I'd make her breakfast in bed...Invite her family and friends over for a big lunch... Go see a movie in the afternoon..Possibly take her out to eat that night.. And then set up something romantic for afterwards.

Biggest thing is, whatever makes her feel special. I don't know what she enjoys, so I can't suggest things.

If she likes the outdoors, look for hiking mountains and trails in your area, take her there and have lunch on a rock somewhere. A friend of mine did that once, he said it was really nice.

If she likes being wined and dined, have a romantic intimate night with her where you watch a movie she has been wanting to see, and make her dinner.

Take some time to think about it. If you put in time and effort and try to do all the little things in a day that bring a smile to her face, that will be worth a lot more than anything with a price tag.

Truth is, you are the best person to tell yourself "what to do" for her.

We tried the wine and dine thing at some place called Orange Hill. Bill was like $140 for the both of us, really nice place and a really nice view but we both agreed on wining and dining is just not for us.
