Hey guys! Whats going on?
Well, I decided taht I wanted to build a ported box for my 2005 12" Kicker CompVR
I talked to many users on this site and finally came up with a design. It is 2.08 cf after displacement tuned to 34 hz.
Today, I decided to attempt to start my box. At first, I was scared to mess up and had no idea what I was doing. I finally just decided to give it a go, and it hasn't tunred out that bad. I know I am going to be flamed for it, but I just could not figure out how to countersink correctly, so I just gave up. Anyway, here are the first few pictures of my box coming together.
In the first two pics, you can see that I have the bottom, back, and both sides of the box glued and screwed together. Next to it, I have my two port walls glued and screwed together. The last pic is just a closer pic of the box.
Once again, I did not countersink, and have not yet put any sealant on...
