My first box build, 15" Type-R's, 8 cubes @ 33

if you're going with terminal cups, i suggest going with the little rectangular shaped ones, reason for it is because all you have to do to install them is drill two holes in the enclosure the size of the wires. then just screw the terminal on the enclosure.

with those terminals you don't run a chance of a leak and they wont crack after along time of use. they are cheap but work perfect.

i think i am going to try to just drill holes and caulk em up around the wire, i think i can get the wires pretty snug in there if i drill a right sized hole, then caulking it off will do the trick. its a pain in the @$$ to find little tidbits for high end stereos in my area. today after school i went out looking for some 1/0 ga ring terminals, and not a single place i went to had any/didnt sell them.

i put a bolt through the box and put ring terminals on either side. its cheap and gives you a very nice seal if done properly. i make the whole in the box a little smaller than the bolt and then pound the bolt through.
