Got a custom PSI 18, gonna put it in 4.2 cu.ft. sealed for now, prolly add an 18" passive radiator later on.

I'm torn between finishing it in a nice honey gold poly or painting it with spray on bedliner. My last box I did in bedliner and I love it, but this birch is nice enough that I wouldn't mind having it finished. Opinions?

I'm just finishing up a reptile enclosure made of birch. Two coats of stain and two coats of clear later I would say do the bedliner if you want the easy finish, do the stain if you want it to look sexy...

I see. I'd go with the bedliner then. If it was HT, I'd go with the stain/varnish.

Yeah, I went with the bedliner, wood just doesnt look right in a car. Plus, i didnt want to spend all the time needed to prep the box for staining.

EDIT: Although I see you're in Georgia...probably not as cold down there as it is up here in Michigan, lol

Nah, was a pretty day for it: slight breeze, no clouds and mid-high 60's. Still didn't want to lol.
