My Custom Box Design using WinISD - Will it work?

So here is my box plans for those of you who can read it

I am making the box now, so any quick input would be great. Those plans are just a sketch too so not the actually sketch I am going by. Dimensions are correct though.

The port is my biggest concern that is how it is going to be. And the subs will be mounted as far to the front as they can go or should I put them as far to the back?

Cant tell from drawing how close you are to the edge but make sure you have enough structure to support your subs 3 or 4 inches away from the edge.

Whats the frequency of the port? Using your numbers I estimate your frequency is 35hz

You would be correct. after displacement more around 36.

Those back sides are the only way it fit over the support bar in my trunk

I didnt know what those were. Notches it makes sense now that explains why our calculations are slightly off Your math looks good and your port size is good.

So I was sleepy and we put the Top on backwards(we plan on remaking it), idk if it makes a difference. In currently waiting on my seconds hds312 to ship. But I turned it on and played it and holy Crap. It's louder now then with my other box. Even with just one in it!!

I have a HDS312 build scheduled to start on Thursday we will be using 5.8 ^ft. Bass Box Pro suggests 3.8^ft per sub but trunk space has maxed our size to 5.8^ft.

Yeah my trunk area is literally maxed out with this box. I left 5-6 inches for the port to breathe but that is it.

Is the placement of the subs not leaving dead air above the port and to the left and right even when I get my other sub?

Not sure what you mean but volume is volume now air flow being restricted can cause problems but your box is spacious enough inside for the air to circulate.

Okay, so you don't see anything wrong with how my subs are going to bepositioned now? Air movement wise. If not I will double baffle like it is
