No doubt and so do I. I also know that there is a proper way to do so. Assault for someone gesturing an *** slap isn't the proper way. Was her life in danger? NO, so use of exuberant force isn't necessary. Get over your inflated values.

It's not inflated values, it's basic respect. If you don't have it, and you're a grown-a$$ adult, and you're doing stuff like that to disrespect and antagonize people on PURPOSE, then you need to be taught it.

Get your head out of your law books for a minute so you can see how real life is supposed to be.

Um sorry but non-violent threats don't need to be straightened out with violent solutions. Even outside of the law books. This is basic civilized people who believe the way I do. Maybe in the backwoods everything is dealt with the stock of a long rifle but in most places it is frowned upon. Load up the winchester foo cuz some poor SOB just knocked up your sister...
