So, after I finished cleaning off a 12" or more of snow, which took 20 good minutes, I got in my car to warm it up.

I thought it was weird that the lights didn't come on and when I stuck the key in the ignition, nothing happened.

The battery had gone completely dead cause of the cold, so now I've got to wait for it to charge up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

With my luck, after it charges up, I won't be able to get out of the driveway because of all the ice.

lesson learned, when I get my own house, make sure I've got a heated garage. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif:crying:

doesnt even need to be heated. but my car didnt leave the garage for 2 days w/ the ice out.

At least you have your keys. I lost mine sometime before all the snow. Can't find them anywere in the house. So that means they are somewere between the house and car under a foot of snow. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

What kind of battery(s) do you have? If they are gel cells, they probably froze.
