My Car got broken into last night!!

yea a detective is supposed to be contacting me so well see.. paid 75.00 for a new window.. very glad they didnt take anything.. just feal violated!!!

UPDATE!!

they caught all the little basterds!! im getting restitution for the damadge... nothing stolen but about 125.00 for new window & install, and about 75.00 for tint!! ( really paid 75 for window and i paid 10.00 for tint witch my buddy installed for free) i figure the money i will get will be compinsation for that night of no sleep!!!!!!

the kid was 18 and is going to jail for a long time... he had other criminal records....

I forgot to turn my alarm on one night and the next morning the car was emptied. HU, speakers, 2 amps, cd's, everthing. Really sucked.I have a garage now so no problems there but I still use my alarm whenever I am out.

Break there fingers and laugh at them while they are crying. Fitting punishment to me.

Passive arming FTW! I can't forget to turn mine on.

I set mine even while its in the garage, better safe then sorry.

Sounds like your police department is a lot better than the one at my school.

At about 3 in the morning 15 cars got broken in to in my dorm parking lot.

They started in the far corner and worked their way closer to the building (where my truck was parked). They smashed the window of the car next to mine, opened the door into my truck and set off my alarm which I believe sent them running since no other cars past my truck got broken in to. All of the cars that got smashed in to didn't have alarms, which could have possibly prevented many other cars from getting broken in to.

The school police department barely did anything. Wrote down reports, took pictures, and that was the last we ever heard about it. F*cking worthless bastards.

i have comphrensive coverage. i called my insurance provider (USAA only military ;D ) and the lady told me if i have pictures and everything is part of the car, not just like sitting in the glove box or on the seat, then it will be covered.
