That port is so tiny, it looks like you just made a cut too short and used it anyway.

plus you need to pre drill screw holes. and your wood isnt even straight.

I do predrill them, I just rushed it with a quick cut blade.

its a 25W RMS sub... not worth a 4+ hour box....

wtf, i think it needs a little more port area... maybe.

.5" wide?

1" wide for a 6.5" speaker will even have port noise
