you have been PMedNo Xplode ftmfw! and get some BSN Syntha 6 for protein...good stuff and delicious! and pick up some scivation xtend for BCAA's for recovery. and eat clean...lots of chicken and fish and some beef...broccoli is a good veggie....sweet potatoes for carbs..or rice....lots of oats for breakfast..throw some cinnamon on that shit and some honey...and boil you about 2-3 eggs and only eat one of the yolks and eat all the whites
