any1 else using this? i tried to hit the gym after work tonight around 1:20am like normal and i just couldnt get into it and i couldnt lift like normal...was bad....i did like a few sets and just rolled going back tomorrow night...cant wait for this stuff to get here from what ive been told and read it should really help considering i workout so late at ngiht //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

You need to buy some protein/creatine ****, i swear it pumps you up. The creatine will bloat you up a little and make your muscles look bigger cause it fills em with water, which helps when working out, because your muscles will last longer before getting tired.

I just stopped using it last year. I bought 3 bottles and after the first one it stopped working, I even cycled off for 8 weeks. It used to be good a couple of years ago but they changed the main ingredient.

I only take protein now though. Supplements are all full of chemicals, and most of research done on them (except creatine) is done by research facilities owned by the companies themselves. No xplode is the only pre workout supplement that has really worked for me.

i got whey protein crap but thatys all and i barely take it...i need to buckle down big time

 
most people take all these supplements their diet ***** lol... I would save the money you're going to waste on supplements and put it towards a good diet, and a quality protein powder... trust me I started using supplements when I first started working out around 16 for 2 years... I wasted so much money on that ****... imagine what all those chemicals are doing to you.

creatine is really the only supplement that has been researched and proven... I dont even take that anymore because all it does is retain water, but when you get off it you lose most of what you gained

I went for the full 3-scoops dosage my first try. BAD IDEA. Supposed to start with 1/2 scoop!

My body went totally numb, and my heartrate went soaring through the roof. I benched about 150% of what I normally would have. Did this for about an hour. Went to my friend's house, drank a protein shake. Puked it up. Went to my house. puked the rest up. Spent the rest of the next day puking everything up that I ate or drank. It was not fun.

Used in moderation, I'm sure it would be cool. But be careful. You have been warned.

ya i did a little reading and saw to do 1/2 a cup...you wanna sell the rest of yours? once i get over this hump i dont see mymself using it much anymore...
